HOLA!
I thought I would share with you the exciting things that have been happening in the otter class!
We have continued reviewing colors, body parts, numbers, animals, transportation, frutas and shapes! We have also moved onto different kinds of clothes!
I brought my trusty amigo Diego into class who was wearing pantalones cortos (shorts) in the snow! AY YAY AY! We then used Spanish vocabulary to decide what clothes he needed if he wanted to go out to recess. It was fun to see their faces light up as Diego talked and giggled about his clothes choices.
We also read a fun book “Llama Llama Rojo Pijama” about modales (manners). They truly loved reading this book! They were all giggles 🙂
As always, they enjoy singing the itsy bitsy spider in Spanish as well as the “dedito” song! We are still mastering the songs about our hands. They also have a new found love for the hokey pokey, endless joy!
