SPANISH ADJECTIVES

4th grade is moving rapido while reviewing adjectives. We are compounding on existing knowledge and beginning to explore noun and adjective agreement. We are using games, TPR activities(total physical response), as well as writing to further solidify and reinforce our understanding.

The key rule is to be careful of the differences between Masculine, Feminine, Singular and Plural forms of the Adjectives and Nouns.

Here is a quick review of the key tools discussed today in class:

Adjectives that end in -o have four forms: alto, alta, altos, altas
Adjectives that end in -e have two forms: inteligente, inteligentes
Most adjectives that end in a consonant have two forms: popular, populares (form plural by adding -es)
